TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia.

  • Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry, or have verifiable parental/legal guardian consent if under 18.

  • Employees, officers, and contractors of The Scholarship Collective LLC (“Sponsor”) and their immediate family members are not eligible.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period

  • Start: February 1, 2026, 12:00 AM ET

  • End: March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET

  • All entries must be received by March 31, 2026.

3. How to Enter

  • New Participants: Subscribe to The Scholarship Collective at thescholarshipcollective.com and check your email for your unique referral link.

  • Existing Subscribers: Retrieve your unique referral link at the bottom of any newsletter sent by The Scholarship Collective newsletter you receive during the giveaway period.

  • Referral Entry: For each friend who signs up using your unique referral link, you earn one (1) additional entry. The more successful referrals, the more entries you rack up!

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.

  • Unlimited entries—each successful referral = one entry.

4. Prize Details

  • Grand Prize: One (1) 14-inch MacBook Pro – Apple M5 chip, 10-core CPU and 10-core GPU, 16GB Memory, 1TB SSD, Space Black (Approximate Retail Value: $1,799.00).

  • Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may be substituted by Sponsor with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection

  • Winner will be chosen by random computerized drawing from all eligible entries received by the deadline.

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

  • Winner will be notified via email within 3 business days after the drawing.

  • Winner must respond within 5 calendar days to claim the prize; otherwise, an alternate winner may be selected.

  • The winner will be publicly announced no later than April 30, 2026.

6. General Terms

  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry for fraud, misconduct, or violation of these rules.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

7. Publicity

  • By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Privacy & Data Collection

  • Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

  • Data collected includes: name, email address, age verification, and referral activity.

  • Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to administer the giveaway or by law.

9. Compliance & Platform Disclaimers

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok, or Apple.

  • All platform rules and community guidelines apply. Any entries violating these policies will be disqualified.

10. Governing Law

  • The giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
